You and I will build your website together, in real time. You’ll have guidance, structure and support the whole way. From the very first page right through to launch.

How this works:

Foundations -

  • Choose your starting template or design layout from my pre-built foundational base.

  • Map out your website structure

Design & Build -

  • This is the part where you’ll start adding all the colours, fonts, and all your words and photos - you’ll do the physical part of this, so that you can learn how your website works.

  • I’ll analyse your website and offer advice, suggestions and edits.

  • If there’s anything extra fancy that you like I’ll add some small custom coding* to the back end of your site - you won’t need to worry about this at all.

Content -

  • You’ll receive a workbook with guidance on what to include in your website and how to write your content.

  • I’ll help you with simple branding colours and fonts, if you need.

  • Together we’ll work through the best photos - either your own photoshoot or how to source images.

Integrations & Connections -

  • Once your site is ready and we’ve tested the whole design, we’ll integrate any social media, newsletter forms, payment sites, or booking systems needed.

  • We’ll connect your domain name and email address.

  • And any other connections specific to your site and business.

Refine & Launch -

  • Final tweaks - checking all buttons and links work.

  • We’ll press publish and then celebrate in our online group!

  • I’ll share your new website in my newsletter and social media accounts - this is an audience of over 80,000

This is a very brand new program - I will be building it while we go. So I’ll be able to take what feedback you want and need, and add it into the site. This means… I’ll be building this program based on your needs!

As such, some of these modules may be edited or changed.

*Please note that I won’t be adding extensive custom coding to your site in this program. But if there’s anything specific that you’ve seen on another site, send me a message and I can let you know if it’s possible in the scope of this course, or an added fee.

You won’t need any custom code to make a beautiful site, but occasionally there are a few special extras you like.

{A full custom website is $2500, and when I launch my stand-alone templates they’ll likely be $200-$350. This is the best way to work with me to create your own website and have access to my guidance}.

  • You want a full extensive online shopping site - this program will show you how to create a website with many pages, but we won’t go into depth for a full online shopping page. *But please send me an email if you do need this, as I’m happy to look at editing the modules.

The last final things to say….

I am putting this out as expressions of interest. If there is not enough interest, then I won’t be building this course - at this stage.

I am quite passionate about the idea, so I might down the track, but for now… I’m not sure.

If you’ve been wanting a website, and feel overwhelmed by the whole idea of it; then this might be perfect for you. Having a deadline to launch your site by is an excellent way to overcome perfectionism and just do the work.

I will be building this while we progress through. Modules will be released weekly, starting mid-May. Once you enrol you’ll receive a workbook that you can start on, so you’re able to begin gathering information for your website.

  • Yes - you absolutely can. Well, I believe you can. I will show you step-by-step how to, with full video tutorials and a custom template to start with.

  • It’s a program where I take you step-by-step on how to build your own website. We’ll be doing it live.

    Some lessons will be pre-recorded, but we’ll also have group calls and an online forum.

    You will build your own website in less than 6-weeks, with my expertise and direct hands-on guidance.

  • I build my websites on SquareSpace. You’ll have a yearly web hosting fee for this - which is approx $300 (ish) a year.

    By working with me you get 20% off this fee.

    You’ll need a custom domain name, if you don’t already have one. This is free for the first year with SquareSpace and then approx $30 or so afterwards.

    There may be additional costs for things like scheduling platforms, booking sites, newsletter platforms. We can talk about these as needed.

  • It depends on what platform your website is on. We’ll be working on SquareSpace, so if your site is on another platform you’ll have to start afresh.

    Though the content on your current site doesn’t have to be lost. So, don’t go deleting it or anything.

    I’ll help you redirect the domain name, so your url leads to the new site.

    If your website is already on SquareSpace then likely we can just work directly on that and add new pages, design, and content.

  • I’ll help you with this. You’ll receive the same workbook that my custom web design clients get, with step by step sections on what to write for your website.

    I’ll also help you with photos. If you don’t have any of your own, we can source them through free or paid sites. I do this for many of my clients.

  • No, this is for SquareSpace only. I don’t teach or use those other platforms. I use SquareSpace because it’s beautifully intuitive to work with, it’s an all-in-one (no plugins to keep updating like Wordpress), it’s mobile responsive, highly customisable, and great for a lot of different business-types.

    If you’re used to a different platform, you might be wondering about web hosting - SquareSpace actually hosts the site, so you don’t need to look anywhere else, or pay those fees.

    If you already have your domain we can redirect it to SquareSpace, or move it over totally. Either is perfectly fine. You will have to pay the domain fee to whichever providor.

  • I build my websites on SquareSpace. You’ll have a yearly web hosting fee for this - which is approx $300 (ish) a year.

    It’s a little more nuanced, and slightly more techy to set-up for this group program.
