After purchase you’ll receive access to your online student portal, which houses all the information you need. From workbooks, full video training and downloadable documents, to the actual template for you to begin building out your new website.

Choose which template best aligns with you, your business needs, and branding aesthetic. Once you’ve clicked ‘yes’ you’ll receive an email with how to set up your new SquareSpace account and website. Your template will be ready to start work on!

Full step-by-step video tutorials will show you how to add your own colours, fonts, and branding details into your website template.

Along with full video instructions for inputing all your content - from the words, photos, offerings, and product listings.

Inside your student portal you’ll have access to workbooks to guide you on what to write for your website, how to edit your photos, and best-practice SEO (search engine optimisation) for your website.

Go through this in your own time, as needed.

Throughout this whole process you’ll have direct access to me as needed.

You receive 2 × 75-minute zoom calls, which you can book in whenever you want. Perhaps before you begin, or during the process. Whatever works best for you.

You’ll also have unlimited email support from me during the first 6-weeks after purchase, while you’re working on your site.

As needed I’ll jump into your website admin side and help with any tweaks, updates, extra custom design you want might.

When you’re ready to launch I’ll go through your website to check any buttons or links, and make sure everything is working correctly, as well as if there are any design aspects that need tweaking.

We’ll have a final 30-minute zoom call for me to walk you through the step-by-step process of upgrading and launching your website!

This is the part where you’ll start adding all the colours, fonts, and all your words and photos - you’ll do the physical part of this, so that you can learn how your website works.

I’ll analyse your website and offer advice, suggestions and edits.

If there’s anything extra fancy that you like I’ll add these in for you.

Integrations & connections

Once your site is ready and we’ve tested the whole design, we’ll integrate any social media, newsletter forms, payment sites, or booking systems needed.

We’ll connect your domain name and email address.

And any other connections specific to your site and business.

  • Yes - you absolutely can. Well, I believe you can. I will show you step-by-step how to, with full video tutorials and a custom template to start with.

    THOUGH - I do know that some clients really aren’t techy at all, and thats where I offer custom website design, where I do everything for them.

  • It’s a program where I take you step-by-step on how to build your own website. We’ll be doing it live.

    Some lessons will be pre-recorded, but you’ll also receive 1-on-1 zoom calls directly with me.

    You will build your own website in less than 6-weeks, with my expertise and direct hands-on guidance.

  • You’ll be building you website on SquareSpace. You’ll have a yearly web hosting fee for this - which is approx $300 (ish) a year.

    By working with me you get 20% off this fee.

    You’ll need a custom domain name, if you don’t already have one. This is free for the first year with SquareSpace and then approx $30 or so afterwards.

    There may be additional costs for things like scheduling platforms, booking sites, newsletter platforms. We can talk about these as needed.

  • It depends on what platform your website is on. We’ll be working on SquareSpace, so if your site is on another platform you’ll have to start afresh.

    Though the content on your current site doesn’t have to be lost. So, don’t go deleting it or anything.

    I’ll help you redirect the domain name, so your url leads to the new site.

    If your website is already on SquareSpace then likely we can just work directly on that and add new pages, design, and content.

  • I’ll help you with this. You’ll receive the same workbook that my custom web design clients get, with step by step sections on what to write for your website.

    I’ll also help you with photos. If you don’t have any of your own, we can source them through free or paid sites. I do this for many of my clients.

  • No, this is for SquareSpace only. I don’t teach or use those other platforms.

    I use SquareSpace because it’s beautifully intuitive to work with, it’s an all-in-one (no plugins to keep updating like Wordpress), it’s mobile responsive, highly customisable, and great for a lot of different business-types.

    If you’re used to a different platform, you might be wondering about web hosting - SquareSpace actually hosts the site, so you don’t need to look anywhere else, or pay those fees.

    If you already have your domain we can redirect it to SquareSpace, or move it over totally. Either is perfectly fine. You will have to pay the domain fee to whichever provider.

  • Once the program is finished you’ll have lifetime access to all the pre-recorded content.

  • All my courses and products are sold in Australian dollars AU$.

    Your bank or PayPal will automatically convert for you, so you don’t have to do anything.

  • You can reach me anytime via my contact page or email.

    I aim to respond quickly—usually within one or two business days.

  • SquareSpace has a great course hosting option, so you can definitely do that.

    In this particular program, I won’t be going into detail about this - and none of my foundational templates will have this feature.

    It’s a little more nuanced, and slightly more techy to set-up than a base website.

    BUT - it’s something that I can work on with you individually. Send me an email and we can chat.

  • You can build full shops on SquareSpace, and I can help you with that.

    Some of the templates include a shop section - so have a look through and see which one you prefer.

    You can customise the layout and content once you begin, so what you see isn’t necessarily the end result.
