Everything for your emails - all the parts you don’t see (or perhaps even know that you need) set-up and ready to go. A calm, connected system behind your newsletters.

You won’t have to even think about the tech stuff, and can get straight into connecting directly with your community through heart-felt, honest emails.

I usually work with FloDesk, and SquareSpace, but can set-up your system in other platforms too (such as MailChimp, Kit).

I will do ALL work to create a system that makes sense to you, and allows you to do the important work of connecting directing with your audience and community.

Here’s what I’ll set-up and create:

  • Email platform setup - on FloDesk, SquareSpace, or MailChimp (though I can use another platform if you’d prefer).

  • Forms - to get people signing up to your list, via stand-alone pages, website sections, or social media links

  • Direct integrations into your website, course page, or other platform you use

  • Automations - welcome emails, automatic follow-ups for courses, services, etc

  • Audience segmenting - so you’re writing to the right people for each email you send

  • Create a freebie pdf or lead magnet (in Canva) to use to get people onto your list (read about Lead Magnets / Freebies here, if you’d like)

  • Templates for regular weekly newsletters

  • Template for one future automation

You’ll receive:

  • Full video training on how to use your new email system, so you can watch again as needed

  • Templates to use for your weekly or fortnightly emails

  • Understanding of how to add the forms into your website for future form set-ups

  • Ideas for what to send your audience based on your business and creative work

  • Ideas for what freebies / lead magnet to create

  • My online course “The Art of Newsletters” valued at $149, so you can learn about the best practices for your email sends, and newsletter growth.

I work with and prefer FloDesk or SquareSpace Email Campaigns, but can create inside MailChimp, Kit, or I’m pretty great at learning new tech quickly - so if you’re already signed up with another one, let me know and I’m sure I’ll be able to use that.

As a note - if you haven’t yet signed up for any platform, don’t do it yet. I’m able to offer discounts for some of them, through my set-up links, and admin access. I can also guide you on the best one for you and your needs, based on my experience.

    • Logos, branding, colours

    • The words, images, and content that you want included in your newsletters

    • Content for any freebies that I create

    • You’ll receive full video training on how to create and write your own newsletters

    • I’ll give you an action plan on how to proceed - such as a schedule, who to write to, how to gather email addresses

  • I sell all my products, courses, and services in Australian $. GST is added afterwards, if applicable.

    You will be charged in AU$, but your bank will automatically convert to your own country’s currency. You can do an approx. conversion here (but please note that all banks are slightly different).

  • Simply click the “add to cart” button and my website will take you through the process.

    You can pay with PayPal or most Credit Cards.

  • Yes, send me an email and I can work out 2 x monthly payments for you. Please note that no handover will happen until full payment is made, which means you won’t be able to start sending newsletters until that time.

    Starting a newsletter and email system can be a hard decision to make. Can I just say - most of sales come directly through my emails, rather than social media. As social media gets louder our emails become a special place to connect with our community.

    A solid newsletter and email system, and plan, can be one of the biggest changes to your business, and indeed your creativity, and consistency in audience communication.
